McShane Construction believes in providing a comprehensive benefits program to employees. Our plan options allow employees to select the programs that work best for each individual and their families. A brief summary of our benefit programs is below, with additional details communicated at time of hire.

Medical: McShane offers employees a choice of three medical plan offerings for individual or dependent coverage. Prescription drug coverage is included in each plan.

Dental: A dental plan, using a Preferred Dental Organization, is offered to employees and dependents. The plan covers routine, basic, major and orthodontic services.

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA): Flexible Spending Accounts allow you to pay for certain healthcare and dependent care expenses with pre-tax dollars.

Short-Term and Long-Term Disability: These benefits may provide income protection to you in the event you are unable to work due to a non-occupational injury or illness.

Basic Life Insurance: McShane provides basic life insurance coverage to all its employees.

Supplemental Life Insurance: You have the option to purchase additional life insurance coverage for you and your eligible dependents.

401(k) Plan: The 401(k) plan allows you to defer a portion of your salary on a pre-tax or after-tax basis.

Profit Sharing Plan: At McShane, you can participate in a discretionary contribution for all eligible employees at the end of each plan year.

Employee Assistance Plan: The EAP is a confidential counseling and referral service available to you and your family members at no cost.

Paid Time Off: McShane offers paid vacation, holidays and sick time to all employees.

Employee Service Awards: McShane recognizes the loyalty and commitment of our employees.

Vendor Discount Programs: McShane employees can receive discounts on a variety of items, such as Chrysler vehicles, health club memberships, entertainment tickets, and printing services.

Employee Social and Service Events: A variety of social and service events are planned each year for employees.

Employee Referral Program: McShane’s employees are often the best source for identifying quality candidates. To encourage this, we offer an employee referral bonus when recommended candidates are hired.
