McShane Construction provided construction services for this five-story, affordable senior housing building in Chicago’s Pilsen neighborhood. The residential project offers 73 one- and two-bedroom units. The 70,000 square foot project is in compliance with Chicago’s Green Homes program and meets Chicago’s Building Green/Green Roof Initiative. The complex includes a dining space, community room, therapy room, library and recreation room.
