Developer Triad Properties Corporation selected McShane Construction to design and construct this office and training facility on behalf of the U.S. General Services Administration and its tenant, the Defense Acquisition University (DAU). The 62,500 square foot, LEED-Gold project is located on 10 acres within the Thornton Research Park in Huntsville, Alabama. DAU provides a wide variety of business and technical courses including contracting, logistics and systems engineering, which are available to Department of Defense military and civilian personnel and defense industry personnel.
