This 213,000 square foot build-to-suit assignment was completed on behalf of the City of Naperville on a 22-acre site in Naperville, Illinois. The complex public works facility is LEED-Certified and features administrative and office areas, fleet services and operations, heated and unheated storage areas, welding, paint and sign shops and a climate-controlled archival storage area for the City's Naper Settlement history museum.
