McShane Construction completed the design and construction of the 98,414 square foot tenant suite for Coastal Food Service, a subsidiary of Compass Group USA. Coastal manufactures a wide variety of batter products, pie shells, mini pastries, scones and biscuits. The space includes a variety of freezer and cooler space at separate temperatures and is located within Bolingbrook Point Three, a 185,000 square foot cross-dock bulk distribution facility within the Bolingbrook Point Corporate Center in Bolingbrook, Illinois.
