McShane Construction completed 4600 East Washington, a 186,000 square foot office facility located in Phoenix, Arizona on a design/build basis. The six-story structure was constructed of post-tension concrete with an attractive metal panel exterior with ribbon glass windows. The new office facility is located within the 18-acre Washington Corporate Center that includes hotel, restaurant and retail venues and is situated on the new Metro Light Rail system in Phoenix, Arizona.
